1. Purpose of This Offer
This page is a public offer by Eva Levina, a freelance web designer and developer, to provide the web design and development packages listed on the Pricing page. Paying the initial deposit for a Starter or Pro package constitutes acceptance of these terms and serves as the service agreement for that project. For Custom projects, a separate written service agreement is signed and takes precedence over this page where the two differ.
2. Services Covered
This offer covers the Starter, Pro, and Custom web design and development packages described on the Pricing page, including design, development, and basic launch setup as listed for each package.
3. Payment Terms
Projects are split into two payments: 50% upfront to begin work, and 50% on delivery, before the site goes live. Larger Custom projects may use a three-stage payment schedule instead, agreed in advance. Work does not begin before the initial deposit is received. The price quoted at the start of a project is final — no hidden costs are added later for the scope agreed upon.
4. Timeline
Typical delivery: around 2 weeks for Starter, around 4 weeks for Pro, and 4–12 weeks for Custom projects depending on complexity. These timelines assume timely feedback from the client — delays in reviewing drafts or providing requested materials will extend the delivery date accordingly.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds: 1 round for Starter, 3 rounds for Pro. Custom projects have their revision scope agreed in the written contract. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included can be requested and are quoted separately.
6. Intellectual Property Transfer
Until the final payment is received in full, all design files, code, and work in progress remain the property of Eva Levina. Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of the final delivered design and code transfers to the client. This offer does not cover reusable code libraries, frameworks, or tools that are not unique to the delivered project.
7. Cancellation
If a client cancels before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full. Once work on the project has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time already invested. Any additional payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable for the work already delivered.
8. Confidentiality
Any non-public materials, credentials, or business information shared by the client during the project are kept confidential and are not disclosed to third parties, beyond what is needed to complete the project.
9. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project starts, completed work may be featured in Eva Levina's portfolio, including on this website and social media, after the project is delivered and live.
10. Limitation of Liability
Eva Levina's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that project. Eva Levina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or business opportunities.
11. Changes to This Offer
This public offer may be updated periodically; changes apply to projects starting after the update date and will be posted here with a new date. Projects already underway are governed by the terms in effect when the deposit was paid.
